At Royal Bite Chocolates, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was incomplete.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Details of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Chocolates that have been consumed or partially consumed.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized chocolate orders.
- Sale or promotional items.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
Shipping
As our products are perishable, returned chocolates cannot be accepted. If a replacement is approved, Royal Bite Chocolates will arrange the shipment.
